About STYRECAST
STYRECAST Cable Protection Systems manufactures and supplies precision-cast MLE cable protectors, Cross Coupling cable protectors, Mid -Joint protectors, ESP Centralizers and Bullnose Guides.
We are proud to draw on our heritage of being 5th generation of foundrymen with our family history of patternmaking and foundry experience dating back to 1848. We opened our first UK-based foundry in 1955 and we manufactured our first Cross Coupling Protector for the oil industry in 1987.

MLE PROTECTORS
Lightweight, all-cast, stream-lined designs with encapsulated locking bolt systems. Over 65 standard designs for all sizes of Pumps, Motors, Seals, Discharges, GasSeps, Intakes and Sensors for 300, 400, 500 and 600 series ESP’s. Most available for immediate delivery from our stocks. Bespoke designs also available.
CROSS COUPLING CABLE PROTECTORS
All-cast, stream-lined designs with swing bolt locking system for security and ease of installation with cable channels configured to meet your requirements. From 2 7/8” to 8 5/8” sizes.
ESP CENTRALIZERS
ESP Centralizers for all drift sizes, to suit your requirements. Standard designs to fit both Baker Hughes and Halliburton Summit ESP’s available from stock as well as bespoke Centralisers designed to meet your specific requirements.
BULLNOSE GUIDES
Bullnose guide Centralizers from 3.75” to 8.5” sizes with a standard 2 3/8” thread size. Other diameter and thread sizes are available on request. Also optional check valve holders available.
